UOL Group, a property developer in Singapore, recently won the Top Developer at the EdgeProp Excellence Awards for the second consecutive time. In addition to the top honor, UOL Group was also awarded top honors in Development and Design, Landscape Excellence and Luxury Development.
“Our formula has always been to focus on the sustainability aspects in all our projects,” UOL Group CEO, Liam Wee Sin, explained. “It’s this combination of architecture, interior design and landscape design that makes our products stand out.”
The group’s work on Singapore’s Parkroyal Collection Pickering Hotel was applauded by English environmentalist Sir David Attenborough in October when he shared a picture of it on Facebook.
