Bellevue Tce Properties (BVN) has announced plans for a 46-story office development in central Brisbane.

The A-Grade workspace, designed by BVN Architects, will be located along Mary Street, built on a site with buildings owned by other entities. The buildings will be demolished to make way for the office development, set behind a 135-year-old synagogue. A pedestrian crossway will connect the two buildings.

An article from Architecture and Design highlights BVN Architects plans for the site, including a two-story wellness center with a gym and pool, retail spaces on the ground floor and a luxury penthouse on the top two levels. The penthouse will feature subtropical landscaping, coworking spaces and event spaces tenants will be able to rent.
