Each of us has certain things we worry about, stress over or make us feel anxious. Which is completely normal; especially considering the ever-present global pandemic. In an article for the Wall Street Journal, Christina Poletto suggests bringing outside elements inside using biophilic interior design styles. Some of her suggestions include displaying fresh cut flowers in a vase or even testing your green thumb with some houseplants. Textural elements like baskets made out of organic material can both brighten a room and mellow your mood.
