As many continue to work remotely or socially distanced in office spaces, we lose out on the benefits of connecting with nature. While we can’t change the pandemic situation, we can change our personal surroundings.
In an article for the California Business Journal, editor-in-chief Rick Weinberg lists different ways we can bring nature into our workspace, regardless of where we are. For example, rather than outfitting your remote workspace with traditional or modern office decor, try using wooden furniture and nature-inspired items to tie everything together.
“Such office furniture and decor will create a warmer, more natural feeling environment that will not only look amazing but it will also promote employee well-being,” Weinberg explained.
