Over the last year, many employees have been faced with the task of figuring out a functional workspace while working remotely. While working from home has its fair share of perks, what is it worth if your setup hinders your productivity? “Whereas a home office might have been an occasional workspace for doing the odd thing in the evenings or weekends, these are spaces that are being used for prolonged periods of time now,” the article read.

One suggestion given is to embrace natural lighting and views through a window for a pleasant view while you work. Other tips suggest paying more attention to the materials used in and around your home office setup and using colors that make you happy to help you relax.
